You'll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives driving new business and expansion across the East region. Your core impact will be building a high-performing sales team, owning pipeline creation and deal execution, while collaborating cross-functionally to scale a repeatable enterprise sales motion. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Own regional revenue performance across new business and expansion
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound strategy and account prioritization
- Inspect and support complex enterprise deals with multi-threaded sales cycles
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to coach reps on pipeline generation, discovery and deal execution
