You'll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives driving new business and expansion across the East region. Your core impact will be building a high-performing sales team, owning pipeline creation and deal execution, while collaborating cross-functionally to scale a repeatable enterprise sales motion.   • Lead, coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Own regional revenue performance across new business and expansion
  • Drive pipeline generation through outbound strategy and account prioritization
  • Inspect and support complex enterprise deals with multi-threaded sales cycles

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to coach reps on pipeline generation, discovery and deal execution

  • Strong operational rigor in forecasting and pipeline management
