You'll own and scale the processes that make the product team operate effectively, reporting directly to the CPO. Your work ensures quality and velocity don't trade off, enabling repeatable good decisions across the whole product organization. You'll drive AI automation of workflows and manage a small but growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize and route new Product Ops initiatives across the team.
• Lead cross-team process changes from design to adoption.
• Own quarterly planning, goal decomposition, and metrics alignment.
• Build and maintain shared frameworks like prioritization logic and decision templates.

📋 Requirements

• Process design experience in a product or tech environment.
• Cross-functional influence skills to align stakeholders without authority.
• Metrics-driven approach with adoption tracking and baseline measurement.
• AI automation fluency in workflow automation tools.
