Description

You will lead the charge in building strategic partnerships and accelerating growth across Spain and Italy, taking ownership to build a thriving partner ecosystem from the ground up. Your role focuses on expanding relationships, forging new alliances, and driving revenue through meaningful collaborations as a core member of the founding team in Madrid or Milan.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner acquisition, management and channel sales within SaaS, contact center technologies, or Conversational AI
  • Proven track record of building and growing partnerships in Spain and Italy
  • Established network in customer service or contact center industries
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish, Italian and English

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and grow leading Service Partners in Spain and Italy
  • Develop joint business plans with partners that align goals and strategies
  • Lead collaborative marketing and sales efforts alongside partners
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partners
  • Represent Parloa at events and industry activities
