You'll own full-cycle recruiting and HR operations for a high-growth fintech startup, partnering with hiring managers across departments to hit headcount targets and build scalable people frameworks. You'll define hiring criteria, standardize interview processes, and design onboarding that helps teams ramp quickly. This role offers high ownership in a fast-paced hybrid environment based in Taipei.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and strategy
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct structured screening interviews and assess candidate alignment

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting and HR experience
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English proficiency
  • Experience owning full-cycle recruiting independently
  • Strong sourcing ability (LinkedIn, referrals, outbound)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HRIS systems like Lever, Workday, Greenhouse
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority searches at once
