Description

You will launch your career across two world-class locations, starting in Shanghai for comprehensive training and then transitioning to New York. As an Associate, you'll work on multiple projects for top-tier investors and strategists, recruiting experts and managing client-expert communications to inform high-stakes decisions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• No subsequent experience necessary
• Must currently hold work authorization for China and have not studied in the US
• Track record of strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2:1 equivalent)
• Extracurricular achievement
• Internship experience evidencing interest in business
• Outstanding communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin at business level or above

Responsibilities

• Recruit experts who are uniquely relevant for client projects
• Understand the project context and legal/regulatory environment
• Manage every aspect of projects, including client-expert communications and scheduling calls
