💼 About This Role

You'll serve craft cocktails, Scotch, and beer at Bandon Dunes' premier late-night bar, creating an unforgettable guest experience. Your work will be the highlight of guests' evenings after a day on the world-class golf courses. This role puts you at the heart of golf resort culture with a vibrant, late-night atmosphere.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare bar for opening/closing, including cleaning and stocking supplies.
• Greet guests and mix/serve drinks according to approved recipes.
• Collect payments and report complaints to management promptly.
• Maintain bar equipment and daily inventory of liquors and sundries.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for up to 5 hours.

• OLCC certification knowledge.
