💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and evolution of experimentation infrastructure that powers how Moloco runs experiments across products. Your work will improve the speed, safety, and trustworthiness of company-wide experimentation. You'll own end-to-end technical decisions for platform areas that balance correctness, reliability, and performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement major components for experiment management and configuration systems.
• Own technical decisions for platform areas balancing correctness, reliability, and performance.
• Improve experimentation trustworthiness through system design, observability, and data quality.
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into scalable capabilities.
• Mentor other engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and technical leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in backend systems, data infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Proven ability to independently drive technical projects from problem definition through production rollout.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
