You'll join EquipmentShare's mission to transform the construction industry by providing maintenance and repair for heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Your core impact is keeping our fleet operational and customers satisfied, working with cutting-edge diagnostic technology to troubleshoot issues quickly. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
