Description
You will provide strategic leadership for Product Support across the Middle East, ensuring outstanding customer service and driving service transformation. You'll lead support teams, represent Product Support at executive forums, and collaborate with regional management to align support practices with global strategy and regional business priorities.
Requirements
- 10-12 years IT support experience with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Executive presence and C-level stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience supporting multiple enterprise applications, preferably in Healthcare
- Strong track record of driving cultural change and service transformation
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Computer Science or related field
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional support team
- Manage end-to-end service delivery (incidents, service requests, enhancements, upgrades)
- Drive service governance, KPI definition, SLA performance, and executive-level reporting
- Partner with Product, Development, and Services teams on recurring issues and product direction
- Oversee major incident management, change governance, and release readiness
