You'll build and scale a high-performance organization at Botanic Tonics, a rapidly growing plant-based supplement company. You'll partner directly with the CEO and executive team to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture across corporate and manufacturing operations. This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including executive recruiting, HR operations, and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute talent strategy aligned to growth objectives
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive and critical hires
• Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee relations

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Experience in high-growth CPG or manufacturing environments
• Deep expertise in talent acquisition and organizational design
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and compliance
