💼 About This Role
You'll build a world-class support function from the ground up at an AI-first hardware startup. You'll collaborate with product and engineering to deeply understand the platform and ensure every customer interaction is positive. You'll take ownership of support processes and represent the voice of the customer internally.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide responsive, empathetic support via chat, email, and community channels.
- Become an expert in Flux's design environment to guide users through workflows.
- Investigate and triage technical issues, working with engineering for fixes.
- Create and maintain help center articles, FAQs, and tutorial content.
📋 Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support at a software company.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language.
- Comfortable with support software like ticketing and CRM systems.

- Familiarity with electronics design or CAD/EDA tools.
- Experience supporting technical or developer audiences.
