You'll join the Data Analytics team at Agoda, the largest online hotel booking platform in Asia, delivering action-oriented analyses to drive business growth. Your insights will impact strategic and tactical decisions across customer experience and operational teams. You'll own analytical projects from problem definition to data-driven recommendations communicated to senior stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Extract and analyze data using SQL to support business decisions
• Design and implement dashboards for business users
• Segment customers based on usage patterns and behavior
• Deliver regular performance reports on time and error-free

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field with outstanding academic results
• 0-3 years of work experience (0-3 years for this level)
• SQL proficiency to extract data from large databases
• Expert Excel user able to build complex spreadsheets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in management consulting
• Expert in one data analysis package (R, Python, or VBA)
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau
