💼 About This Role

As a CNA, you'll provide routine nursing care to residents and assist with daily activities. You'll be a key part of the care team, forming lasting connections with residents and families. Shift differentials are available for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist nursing personnel in maintaining a therapeutic environment.
• Provide direct resident care such as bathing, eating, and dressing.
• Take vital signs and turn bedridden residents to prevent skin breakdown.
• Answer call lights and assist with admissions and discharges.

📋 Requirements

• Current Virginia CNA License.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
