💼 About This Role

You'll partner with engineering, design, and live ops teams to own the Marvel SNAP webshop from feature development through live operations. Your core impact is delivering a world-class direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform while maintaining sustainable development practices. This role reports to the Director of Production and offers a remote-first culture with comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end production of the Marvel SNAP Shop team
• Partner with product, engineering, and design to prioritize backlog
• Coordinate release schedules and live configuration changes
• Monitor performance and payment flows, escalate anomalies

📋 Requirements

• Experience shipping and supporting a live game or live service
• Familiarity with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer platforms
• Hands-on experience with version control software like GitHub
• Strong communication skills across multiple formats

• Experience with AWS or another Cloud provider
• Experience working on a live mobile game
• Experience with Unity
