- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of customers
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
- Lead onboarding, demos, enablement, and success planning
- Coordinate with Sales, Support, Product, and Finance teams
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven insights

- Experience with Zendesk, Asana, Notion, or Slack
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
