  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
  • Lead onboarding, demos, enablement, and success planning
  • Coordinate with Sales, Support, Product, and Finance teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven insights

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zendesk, Asana, Notion, or Slack
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
