You will design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for Kineto, a truly no-code platform, owning design direction from vision to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct user research to create solutions that meet real user needs.

Requirements

• Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite
• Apply brand visual language consistently within product interfaces
• Clearly articulate design decisions and justify proposed solutions
• Guide tasks from design solution through implementation and user feedback
• Comfortable in a highly iterative environment

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces using wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Own design direction and lead large-scale initiatives from vision to execution
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders
• Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and the team
• Conduct and analyze usability testing and user research
