Description

You will design, build, and operate a highly reliable distributed telemetry platform for Starlink's satellite constellation, enabling processing and querying of petabyte-scale data. Collaborate with satellite and rocket teams to translate mission needs into technical solutions, and take full ownership of the software and hardware stack to improve global internet access for underserved communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, data science, engineering, or related; or 7+ years professional experience
• 5+ years in full stack development or software engineering
• Experience in C#, Java, or similar languages
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems for high-volume data
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments

• Take full end-to-end ownership of the complete software and hardware stack
• Deep dive into business problems and apply first principles thinking
