Requirements

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience
• Prior hospice or home care experience preferred
• Solid computer skills
• Ability to travel to cases

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to clinical manager
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments and occasional on-call evenings/weekends
