💼 About This Role

You'll own a book of 6-10 enterprise accounts and build the SAM function from scratch at a hyper-growth AI content platform. You'll retain and grow revenue while becoming the trusted advisor shaped by executive relationships at VP and CMO level.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full strategic relationship for 6-10 enterprise accounts (NRR, renewals, expansions, commercial conversations)
  • Develop SEO and AEO strategy for each account including content roadmaps and citation gap analysis
  • Build executive relationships at VP and CMO level to prevent single-champion risk
  • Drive proactive feature adoption by mapping new releases to specific customer goals

📋 Requirements

  • Owned a book of enterprise accounts at $100K+ ARR and can name NRR driven
  • Built a CS or account management function with proof of playbook or cadence structure
  • Hold the room with a VP or CMO without a technical co-pilot
  • Think in outcomes like NRR, expansion ARR, and accounts saved

  • Strong track record of high performance at a tier 1 consulting firm
  • Know SEO and AEO well enough to develop credible organic strategy with marketing exec
  • Experience at an AI-native company or through a major platform shift
