You'll plan and execute Red Team exercises and adversary emulations to strengthen security at a leading fintech. You'll collaborate with engineering and Blue Teams to enhance detection and response capabilities, translating technical risks into business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute Red Team and adversary emulation exercises.
• Conduct penetration tests on infrastructure, web apps, APIs, and cloud.
• Produce technical reports with evidence and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Blue Team to improve detection and response capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in Information Security in complex corporate environments.
• Relevant experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or Red Team.
• Knowledge of security architecture, threat modeling, and risk analysis.
• Practical experience with cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CISSP, or cloud security specialties.
• Experience in fintechs, banks, or regulated environments.
• Vivência com DevSecOps, CSPM, SIEM, SOAR, or EDR/XDR tools.
