You'll ensure seamless workplace operations and a hospitality-driven employee experience at our Denver office. You'll oversee facilities, vendor management, and safety programs, using AI insights to proactively manage space and services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain inviting, clean, and well-stocked office environment
• Manage and resolve workplace requests using Jira, Notion, ServiceChannel
• Coordinate Denver-based vendors for maintenance and services
• Own preventative maintenance program and facility repairs
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and conduct routine inspections

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in workplace operations or facilities management
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceChannel
• Proficiency with AI tools for workflow automation and data analysis
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Denver
