Description

You will sell MongoDB Atlas to innovative companies in India, focusing on landing new logos by prospecting and closing deals with CTOs and engineering leaders. You'll manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with marketing, solutions architects, and other teams to drive growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full sales cycle field sales/closing experience
  • Bachelor's in Engineering/Bachelor of Technology preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run complex sales
  • Top 10% performer with consistent goal achievement
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Meet customers in-field and close deals
  • Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
  • Manage full sales cycle for Atlas and Professional Services
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce and Clari using tools like Sales Navigator
