You'll coordinate clinical trials for a weight-inclusive healthcare company, overseeing patient recruitment, data management, and regulatory compliance. Your work ensures studies are conducted safely and on time. This hybrid role is based in the Greater Boston area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment
• Schedule and oversee patient visits and data collection
• Maintain study documentation and regulatory binders
• Generate invoices and manage study drug logistics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or healthcare
• 3+ years of experience in clinical research
• Knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines
• Proficiency in multiple software systems (Florence, Advarra, Greenphire preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• CCRC Certification or master's degree
• 2+ years of independent trial management
• GCP, BLS, IATA, and CSSR certifications
