You'll provide legal support for R&D activities and new mobility services at Woven by Toyota, an innovative mobility company. You'll tackle cutting-edge legal challenges in autonomous driving, AI, and robotics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal support for R&D and commercialization of outcomes
• Review and draft contracts in English and Japanese
• Lead or support contract negotiations
• Provide legal guidance for labor issues and disputes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal practice
• 2+ years of experience in contract review and drafting
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law
• 1+ year of work or training experience outside Japan
• Experience handling litigation or dispute resolution
