You'll lead the infrastructure team at CoinTracker, a cryptocurrency portfolio tracking platform serving 3M+ users. Your mission is to evolve infrastructure for multi-product scalability and embed AI across the development lifecycle to boost engineering velocity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of 5+ infrastructure engineers.
• Own roadmap for reliability, developer experience, and AI enablement.
• Evolve architecture toward service-oriented systems.
• Champion platform thinking and production readiness.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management leading infrastructure/platform teams.
• 6+ years hands-on infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in GCP and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience building shared platform services.
