Description

You will execute a best-in-class recruitment strategy for GLG in Gurugram, partnering with business unit managers to translate their needs into strategic talent acquisition, while managing a portfolio of positions across levels and contributing to a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of high-volume recruitment and direct sourcing experience in commercial/corporate functions
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication
• Flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions
