💼 About This Role
You'll own the entire marketing function at an early-stage startup building a CI Reliability Platform. Your work will directly drive revenue and accelerate enterprise adoption. You'll partner closely with founders to craft messaging that resonates with developers.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own marketing strategy and execution across bottom-up and top-down motions.
- Build enterprise demand generation campaigns targeting large engineering orgs.
- Optimize paid and organic acquisition full funnel from awareness to SQL.
- Lead GTM for new releases working cross-functionally with DevRel, Product, and Sales.
📋 Requirements
- 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years marketing to developers.
- Proven track record building and scaling acquisition funnels with measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong instincts for technical messaging translating complex tools into clear value props.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and DevRel/Community teams.
✨ Nice to Have
- Built marketing at Series A-C stage startups as an early hire.
- Worked in developer productivity categories (devtools, infrastructure, API).
- Technical background or based in SF/Bay Area comfortable with Pacific Time.
