💼 About This Role

You'll own the entire marketing function at an early-stage startup building a CI Reliability Platform. Your work will directly drive revenue and accelerate enterprise adoption. You'll partner closely with founders to craft messaging that resonates with developers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own marketing strategy and execution across bottom-up and top-down motions.
  • Build enterprise demand generation campaigns targeting large engineering orgs.
  • Optimize paid and organic acquisition full funnel from awareness to SQL.
  • Lead GTM for new releases working cross-functionally with DevRel, Product, and Sales.

📋 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years marketing to developers.
  • Proven track record building and scaling acquisition funnels with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong instincts for technical messaging translating complex tools into clear value props.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and DevRel/Community teams.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Built marketing at Series A-C stage startups as an early hire.
  • Worked in developer productivity categories (devtools, infrastructure, API).
  • Technical background or based in SF/Bay Area comfortable with Pacific Time.
