You'll lead critical ground-side test campaigns for high-power satellites at a Series C space startup. Your work directly ensures every vehicle performs flawlessly from first power-on through on-orbit activities. You'll shape the automated production test foundation that enables rapid scaling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate spacecraft and interpret telemetry during system tests
• Define test plans with pass/fail criteria for vehicle checkouts
• Mentor junior team members and interface with customers
• Manage relationships with launch vehicle providers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5+ years in integration/test/automation engineering
• 3+ years testing spacecraft and their systems
• Experience with environmental testing (thermal vacuum, vibration)

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in test architectures or automated test frameworks
• Proficient in Python and/or Rust
• Experience managing contractual interfaces (customer, launch vehicle)
