You'll be the face of our FINN station in Cologne, ensuring seamless vehicle handovers and returns with top-notch hospitality. You'll collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, and Logistics to continuously improve the guest experience in a fast-growing mobility startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers during vehicle pickup and return
• Coordinate deliveries, vehicles, and daily schedules
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and pragmatically
• Suggest process improvements based on daily observations

📋 Requirements

• Service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar
• Driver's license class B required
• Fluent German (C2) and good English (B2)
• Structured and reliable under pressure
