Description

You will design and scale next-generation networking architectures for AI, ML, and HPC workloads, leading the design of low-latency lossless network fabrics and collaborating with compute, storage, and vendor teams to ensure end-to-end performance and resiliency.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in high-performance networking for AI and HPC environments
• Strong command of InfiniBand and high-speed Ethernet technologies
• Experience designing scalable resilient network fabrics
• Ability to lead complex technical conversations with senior engineers and stakeholders
• Must be based in the United States; up to 40% travel required

Responsibilities

• Design robust high-performance networking fabrics for AI/HPC using InfiniBand and high-speed Ethernet
• Lead front-end discovery and technical workshops to assess performance, scalability, and resiliency needs
• Architect complex backend networks including spine/leaf, Clos, and fabric-based topologies
• Define and validate architectural designs with vendors (NVIDIA, Arista, Juniper, Nokia)
• Support proof-of-concepts, benchmarking, and performance testing for AI networking solutions
