Description

You will oversee day-to-day NOC and Service Assurance operations across satellite, RAN, core, gateway, and transport domains. You'll ensure SLA adherence, rapid incident triage, and KPI visibility to maintain reliable end-to-end connectivity for satellite-to-mobile communications.

Requirements

• Experience in NOC or Service Assurance operations management
• Knowledge of satellite, RAN, core, and transport networks
• Strong incident management and escalation skills
• Ability to maintain operational reliability and performance accountability
• Leadership experience in a 24/7 operational environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NOC and Service Assurance operations across satellite, RAN, core, gateway, and transport domains
• Ensure incidents are triaged, escalated, and resolved per defined procedures
• Maintain operational stability during normal operations, planned activities, and major incidents
• Manage SLA and KPI performance across all domains
• Provide operational leadership to NOC engineers, managed services, and E2E telco engineers
