You'll join Watershed's Customer Success Operations team to design scalable processes and analytics that drive customer retention and expansion. You'll partner with leadership to build operational frameworks and leverage AI to improve team productivity. This role combines strategy, analytics, and systems to enable high-growth GTM teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and operate scalable customer success processes and systems
  • Develop customer data models and predictive retention analytics
  • Lead territory planning and segment-level operational improvements
  • Manage core operating cadences like forecasting reviews and QBRs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in high-growth SaaS operational roles
  • Experience with large datasets for retention and customer health analysis
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Sigma)
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership

  • Experience with automation and AI-driven workflows
  • Background in Revenue Operations or Customer Success
  • Familiarity with data warehouses like BigQuery
