Description

You will lead SpaceX's regulatory and policy strategy for Starlink in the Asia Pacific region, advising the team on laws and regulations, advocating for favorable broadband and spectrum policies, and representing the company before regulatory agencies and governments. Your work ensures that regulations enable and protect this groundbreaking satellite internet service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience working with government agencies and policies
• 5+ years in telecommunications policy preferred
• Expert knowledge of APAC telecom business and regulatory issues
• Willingness to travel 50% and work extended hours

Responsibilities

• Advise Starlink team on APAC laws, regulations, and policies
• Develop and advocate for broadband and spectrum policies furthering business objectives
• Represent company positions before regulatory agencies and legislatures
• Draft pleadings and advocacy pieces to promote policy positions
• Provide strategic regulatory advice for partnerships and expansion initiatives
