🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of a group home
• Mentor and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff
• Monitor staffing schedules and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and ISP plans

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors
• Valid Driver's License with at least 3 years driving experience
