Description

You will lead and scale the Solutions Architecture team across EMEA, driving customer adoption of ClickHouse's cloud-native real-time analytics platform. You'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement to deliver scalable solutions and shape product strategy.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering with people management
• Background in open-source software and cloud-first technologies
• Hands-on experience designing scalable distributed systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in fast-growing environments and building early-stage teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale the EMEA Solutions Architecture team
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership
• Serve as senior technical advisor to customers from C-suite to engineers
• Translate business requirements into cloud-native solution designs
• Drive proofs of concept and reference architectures
