💼 About This Role

You'll partner with engineering, product, and design leaders to hire top-tier talent for Pantheon's WebOps platform. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles across North America and EMEA, championing an inclusive candidate experience and creative sourcing strategies to drive impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and build technical pipelines
• Support non-technical hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer for mixed roles
• Use sourcing approaches including outbound, referrals, campaigns, and networking
• Champion human-first candidate experience with clear communication and feedback

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong background in technical recruiting including engineering, product, and design
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks like PHP, JavaScript (React, Node, Next.js), Go
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders as a recruiting advisor

• Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
