💼 About This Role

You'll perform general maintenance and repair for apartment units and property facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Your work ensures units are maintained per operating and safety standards. You'll also assist with preparing vacant units and following a preventive maintenance schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to tenant work orders within 24 hours and document work completed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Repair drywall, paint, and re-key doors as needed.
• Prepare vacant units for rental and maintain maintenance tools inventory.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of facility maintenance or mechanical repair experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification (or obtain within 90 days).

✨ Nice to Have

• Pool certification.
• Experience with high-end appliances.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
