You'll partner with Sales Development to drive conversion of mid-market prospects into long-term customers of Payscale's compensation solutions. Your consultative selling skills will help compensation professionals adopt a modern compensation strategy. This role offers the chance to work with a hybrid model and collaborate with top companies like Cintas and Chipotle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Sales Development Representative on territory planning
• Qualify inbound leads by consulting on prospect needs
• Prospect into accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Maintain records in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and 6sense

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
• 1 year in an AE role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies like MEDDICC

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chilipiper
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
