Description
You will manage District and School level accounts, driving successful implementations and ensuring customer delight. You'll develop strategic relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with sales to expand accounts while monitoring for risks and churn.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Customer Success
- Strong understanding of K12 education competitive landscape
- Strong organizational, analytical and detail-oriented thinking skills
- Excellent CS strategy acumen with business development and negotiating skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, presentation and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned portfolio customers with significant independence
- Develop strategic customer relationships and execute impactful strategies
- Partner with sales to execute account growth strategies and drive expansion
- Identify risks and escalate, ensuring timely reporting
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with sales to close
