Description

You will drive financial performance and support executive decision-making through advanced analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights. This role partners with Accounting and cross-functional leaders to improve forecast accuracy and enable scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5-8+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
• Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and long-range planning
• Partner with Accounting during month-end close
• Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies
