💼 About This Role

You'll lead manufacturing development and production readiness for complex aerospace products at an innovative AR technology startup. Your work will ensure compliance with DOD, aerospace, and industry standards for manufacturability and quality. This role offers the chance to shape production processes from concept to scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and release manufacturing processes for electromechanical assemblies
• Lead DFM/DFA reviews with Engineering during NPI phases
• Serve as technical liaison to contract manufacturers
• Drive root cause and corrective action for production issues

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace or defense
• Proven experience leading complex electromechanical production programs
• Strong understanding of IPC/J-STD standards and aerospace compliance
• Experience with PCBAs, harnesses, and system integration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in DOD production programs
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement background
• Familiarity with AS9100 environments
