• Manage team of 15-20 service field engineers
• Ensure SLA compliance for proactive and reactive merchant issues
• Oversee material management and logistics from hub to FSE
• Drive upselling and data analysis for business growth

📋 Requirements

• Service background with team management experience
• Industry experience in DTH/Broadband/Consumer Electronics
• Local market knowledge of Mumbai
• Inventory management and stock handling skills
