You'll manage staff providing emergency stabilization and urgent care services at a Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC). You'll oversee development of stabilization plans and ensure evidence-based crisis interventions. Join a mission-driven team focused on resilience and lasting change.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise staff delivering emergency stabilization, urgent care, and assessment services
• Oversee development of stabilization plans with follow-up and crisis management
• Supervise evidence-based treatments including trauma treatment and family therapy
• Provide clinical supervision, performance evaluations, and team transitions

📋 Requirements

• Massachusetts Independent Clinical License (LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
• 3 years experience with similar population, 1 year supervisory
