You'll lead the Optimization team at Contentful, overseeing products in analytics, personalization, and experimentation. Your core impact will be shaping strategy and execution to help digital teams measure and grow content performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
• Own product direction for analytics, personalization, and experimentation.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering and design.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.

📋 Requirements

• Group Product Manager or Director experience leading multiple teams in B2B SaaS.
• Track record setting product strategy and managing roadmaps across platform and user-facing layers.
• Proven experience building and scaling data platforms and API-first products.
• People leadership experience coaching and developing Product Managers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in AI/ML, CRO, analytics, personalization, or content management.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to work across engineering and data teams.
