As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will act as the link between clients and expert knowledge, recruiting experts for client projects and managing communications. This communications-intense frontline role requires multitasking across parallel workstreams under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above)
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement
• Relevant internship experience
• Fluent English and Portuguese
• Work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship; considers STEM/OPT eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experts via phone
• Understanding project market context and legal/regulatory environment
• Taking ownership of projects from initiating to managing client-expert communications and scheduling calls
