💼 About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, converting product-led growth leads and driving high-volume pipeline generation. Collaborate with founders to refine sales playbooks and coordinate with Customer Success for expansion. This role offers the chance to scale sales processes at a cutting-edge AI startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, run discovery, and close deals from start to finish.
- Drive high-volume pipeline through PLG conversion and outbound programs.
- Deliver compelling product demos and proposals to accelerate deal cycles.
- Coordinate with Customer Success to expand key customer accounts.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience at a high-growth company.
- Experience selling API products or developer tools at a venture-backed startup.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in high-velocity environments.
- Ability to close deals ranging from $20K-$200K ACV per quarter.

- Background selling AI/ML or Voice AI platforms.
- Track record scaling sales from early-stage to Series A/B.
- Technical degree (CS, Engineering) or solutions engineering background.
