You'll join FitzMark, a third-party logistics provider, to develop a pipeline of transportation opportunities and generate new sales through cold-calling and networking. Your core impact will be driving growth across all transportation modes. This role offers unlimited PTO and a collaborative culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop pipeline of prospective transportation opportunities
• Generate new sales opportunities via cold-calling and networking
• Prepare pricing, rate negotiations, and transportation bids
• Collaborate with carrier operations and account management teams

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1+ years sales experience preferred

• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships via email, phone, and in-person
• Experience with CRM software
