Description

You will be the operational link between Sales, RevOps, Legal, Accounting, and Billing, ensuring deals are structured correctly, approved efficiently, and processed without errors. This role blends Deal Desk responsibilities (pricing, ARR validation) with Order Management (contract review, billing readiness) to support a growing global deal governance model.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or Order Management in SaaS
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite
• Solid understanding of ARR concepts
• Ability to manage standard and complex deal reviews with high accuracy
• Strong cross-functional communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Review and validate ARR, pricing, and deal structures in Salesforce CPQ
• Support non-standard deal constructs and collaborate with Legal on commercial terms
• Review contracts and orders for accuracy and compliance with policies
• Validate billing schedules and product configurations prior to order activation
• Act as point of contact for Sales on policy questions and deal setup guidance
