💼 About This Role

You'll own the systems that power how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale. You'll work at the intersection of GTM strategy and software engineering, writing production TypeScript/Python and building internal tools. This role is embedded in the GTM org, making the team unreasonably effective through custom enrichment pipelines and campaign sync tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and improve core enrichment pipeline using Cargo, Clay, Snowflake
• Build and maintain account scoring logic and write results to Snowflake and SFDC
• Develop campaign and event tooling to sync attendee lists into Salesforce
• Build and maintain enrichment tooling accessible via internal AI agent Wallaby
• Collaborate with data engineering to keep Snowflake schema in sync

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or adjacent technical role
• Proficient in TypeScript or Python
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, or equivalents
• Systems thinking: design for scale, reliability, and data quality

• Background as a BDR or AE with sales team intuition
• Experience with data providers like Apollo, Linkup, Exa
