💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and execution for Payouts Operations products, designing tools and workflows that make global payouts more scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive automation and deliver measurable impact in high-throughput transactional environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Payouts Operations products.
• Design automation strategies to reduce manual touch and errors.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and data teams to transform pain points into product opportunities.
• Define and instrument key operations metrics to guide decisions.
• Build internal tools for case management, workflows, and exception handling.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as Senior Product Manager in fintech or payments.
• Track record of shipping products with measurable impact in complex environments.
• Experience working with internal operations teams and understanding SLAs.
• Proven experience designing automation in operational workflows.
